About the role
We are looking for a mid‑level Microsoft Sales Specialist to drive the adoption of Microsoft’s full product portfolio—including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Copilot and related AI solutions—in Qatar. The role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships and delivering value‑driven solutions that meet customers’ digital transformation goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline across the Microsoft solution suite.
- Engage customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored presentations and demos.
- Recommend end‑to‑end Microsoft solutions with clear business value and ROI.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain key customer relationships, drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal technical and partner teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Stay current on Microsoft products, licensing options and market trends.
- Track pipeline, forecasts and sales performance metrics.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of B2B technology sales experience, preferably with Microsoft solutions.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud, productivity and business applications, including Copilot and AI‑related offerings.
- Proven consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage long‑term client relationships.
- Knowledge of Microsoft licensing options and the Qatar/GCC enterprise market.
