About the role
The Nail Technician will deliver high‑quality nail treatments, build a loyal client base, and support daily salon operations at Urban Retreat in Doha.
Key responsibilities
- Perform manicure, pedicure, gel and acrylic services to the highest technical standards.
- Provide thorough client consultations, upsell additional services and products, and achieve service and retail targets.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, ensure adequate stock, and adhere to brand grooming and punctuality standards.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and assist with salon duties during downtime.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent with a recognized NVQ Level 2 qualification.
- 3‑5 years of professional salon experience delivering nail services.
- Fluent English with excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Manicure and pedicure techniques.
- Gel and acrylic nail application.
- Sales and retail ability to meet targets.
