Network Engineer – IT Infrastructure Support

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to manage and support our IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable hardware, software and network operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, and networks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support to employees for IT‑related problems.
• Maintain data backup, antivirus, and system security.
• Configure email accounts, user access, and system permissions.
• Support CCTV, biometric, and IP phone systems when required.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and maintenance.
• Ensure smooth functioning of internet, LAN, and Wi‑Fi connectivity.
• Prepare IT reports and maintain system documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience as an IT Engineer or IT Support Engineer.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, networking, hardware, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, antivirus, and backup systems.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Qatar driving licence is an advantage.
