Network Operations Center Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Team Lead to oversee daily network operations, monitoring, support and continuous improvement of our enterprise network infrastructure. The role blends advanced technical expertise with operational leadership to ensure high availability, performance, security and reliability of network services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily NOC activities and act as the primary escalation point for complex incidents.
• Ensure network availability, performance and reliability targets are consistently met.
• Monitor and report on operational KPIs, SLAs and service performance metrics.
• Mentor and support network engineers and NOC personnel in troubleshooting and best practices.
• Participate in shift planning, workload allocation and operational governance.
• Manage enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, NAC and data‑center network environments, including configuration, implementation and optimization.
• Perform capacity planning, lead upgrades, migrations and infrastructure enhancement initiatives.
• Lead incident investigation, conduct root‑cause analysis and drive preventive actions.
• Oversee change management processes, approve network changes and coordinate maintenance windows.
• Implement proactive monitoring, performance analysis and automation to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on network security policies, vulnerability remediation and compliance.
• Maintain accurate network diagrams, procedures and produce regular operational reports.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in network operations and NOC environments.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor engineering teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident and problem‑management skills.
• Familiarity with SLA/KPI monitoring and operational governance.
• Experience planning shifts and managing workload distribution.
