Night Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

As a Night Manager you will lead the overnight operations of a luxury hotel, ensuring guests receive exceptional service while maintaining accurate financial controls. You will work closely with the front‑desk team and other departments to create a safe, welcoming environment throughout the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the nightly audit process, guaranteeing accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls.
• Drive financial reconciliation across all departments, ensuring complete and precise posting of daily activity.
• Verify payment and credit‑card transaction integrity, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
• Identify reporting anomalies, analyse root causes, and collaborate with department leaders to improve audit accuracy.
• Support overnight operations by assisting the Night Manager with guest issues and emergency situations.
• Supervise and develop team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive work environment.
