Key responsibilities

• Manage nightly audits and reconciliation, ensuring accurate financial reporting and internal controls.
• Drive financial reconciliation across all departments for the day’s activity.
• Ensure payment integrity by verifying financial and credit‑card transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Analyze reporting anomalies, assess root causes and collaborate with department leaders to improve audit accuracy.
• Support overnight operations by partnering with the Night Manager on guest issues and emergency situations.
• Inspire and develop the team through supervision, performance monitoring, coaching and fostering a positive work environment.
