About the role

Crown Medical Center is seeking a motivated Nurse Trainee to join its multidisciplinary team in Doha. This full‑time, on‑site position offers hands‑on experience supporting registered nurses and physicians in delivering high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs accurately.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist with basic procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized patient areas and restock supplies.
• Follow infection‑control and safety protocols at all times.
• Document patient information under supervision and communicate needs to the care team.
• Participate in patient education activities as directed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; enrollment in or completion of a nursing assistant, practical nursing, or nursing degree program preferred.
• Foundational clinical knowledge of basic nursing principles and infection control.
• Strong communication, empathy, and professionalism.
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to accept feedback and work under supervision.
