OCN/LN Monitor (Escort)

About the role

The OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) is responsible for safely escorting un‑cleared Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) personnel and their vehicles into designated work areas, ensuring compliance with base security procedures throughout the assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Escort LN/OCN personnel from entry points to work zones and back, maintaining continuous visual contact.
• Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors, count personnel and vehicles before and after work, and report numbers to the appropriate staff.
• Brief escorted individuals on base rules, prohibited items, and emergency procedures.
• Prevent the introduction of contraband, weapons, or drugs onto the base.
• Monitor safety conditions, notify the Project/Site Manager and Safety staff of any hazards, and ensure proper housekeeping.
• Maintain an alert state, report suspicious behavior, and respond to incidents as directed.
• Provide assistance during emergencies, including evacuation to protective shelters.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and a valid U.S. passport (preferred).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Eligibility to meet all current USCENTCOM deployment policy requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a residency visa in the host nation.
• Willingness to work in extreme environmental conditions, including dust, high temperatures, and long hours.
• 100% overseas deployment travel.
• Security clearance: NACI/Public Trust.
