OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) – Personnel & Vehicle Escort Specialist

About the role

The OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) is responsible for safely escorting un‑cleared Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) personnel and vehicles into designated work areas overseas. You will track their entry and exit, ensure compliance with security protocols, and maintain situational awareness throughout the assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Escort un‑cleared LN/OCN personnel and vehicles from entry points to work zones and back.
• Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors, count personnel and vehicles before and after duties.
• Brief escorted personnel on base rules, prohibited items, and safety procedures.
• Maintain continuous visual contact with escorted parties and report any suspicious behavior.
• Notify Project/Site Manager and Safety staff of unsafe conditions or incidents.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to security protocols.
• Assist with evacuation to protective shelters if required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a valid Residency Visa in the host nation.
• Valid U.S. passport (preferred) and U.S. driver’s license with a clean record.
• Eligibility to meet all current USCENTCOM deployment policy requirements.
• Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions, including dust, high temperatures, and long hours.
• Willingness to be 100% deployed overseas.
• Security clearance: NACI/Public Trust.
