OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) – Personnel & Vehicle Escort Specialist

About the role

The OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) is responsible for safely escorting un‑cleared Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) personnel and vehicles into secured work areas overseas. You will track their entry and exit, ensure compliance with base regulations, and maintain continuous situational awareness throughout the assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors, counting personnel before and after work.
• Brief escorted personnel on base rules, prohibited items, and safety procedures.
• Maintain visual contact with all escorted individuals and vehicles at all times.
• Coordinate with Force Protection teams to purge work zones before escort completion.
• Report unsafe conditions to the Project/Site Manager and Safety staff promptly.
• Provide emergency response actions, such as moving to protective shelter if needed.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a NACI/Public Trust clearance.
• Valid U.S. passport (preferred) and driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Eligibility to meet current USCENTCOM deployment policy requirements.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a host‑nation residency visa.
• Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions, including dust, high temperatures, and long hours.
• 100% overseas deployment readiness.
