Office Admin Executive

About the role

The Office Admin Executive will oversee on‑site MEP activities, ensuring that HVAC, electrical, piping and plumbing installations are carried out safely and to specification. This role combines site supervision, coordination, quality control and reporting to support project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and subcontractors installing HVAC, electrical cables, piping and plumbing systems according to approved drawings.
• Resolve site access and spatial conflicts between MEP trades and coordinate penetrations with civil teams.
• Conduct pressure and leakage tests, raise RFIs and address punch‑list items in line with local codes.
• Enforce PPE use, lead daily toolbox talks and maintain safe conditions for work at heights and hot‑work activities.
• Track daily manpower, material usage and progress, reporting constraints and status to project engineers.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5+ years of experience in MEP site supervision within construction or contracting.

Required skills

• Ability to read and interpret MEP and structural drawings.
• Working knowledge of HVAC standards (SMACNA/ASHRAE), electrical and plumbing codes.
• Strong labor management and coordination capabilities.
