Office Boy - Temporary Project

About the role

Wings Technical Services W.L.L. is hiring an Office Boy for a temporary project in Qatar, based in Doha. The position is open exclusively to Philippine candidates who can work the full project duration, from 01 November 2026 to 10 December 2026. The role provides general office support and assistance with routine office tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general office support and help with daily administrative activities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of office areas.
• Assist with serving tea, coffee, water and refreshments when required.
• Handle basic document delivery, collection and distribution within the office.
• Assist staff with photocopying, printing, filing and other routine office tasks.
• Support visitors and employees with basic office needs.
• Maintain a neat, professional and presentable appearance at all times.
• Perform other office support duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Philippine candidate only.
• Available for the full project duration (01 November to 10 December 2026).
• Basic English communication skills.
• Office support experience preferred.

Working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a 1-hour break; Friday and Saturday are the weekly days off. Candidates apply through the company's careers form with a CV and profile photo; three suitable CVs and a monthly rate quotation are requested for review.
