主要职责
- 处理日常运营需求，如入住、退房及客房服务。
- 及时响应并满足客人的特殊请求。
- 撰写并提交工作报告，记录服务亮点。
- 向客人推荐当地特色景点和活动。
任职要求
- 高中或同等学历。
- 无需相关工作经验或管理经验。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
必备技能
- 能够在站立、坐姿或行走状态下持续工作。
- 能够搬运不超过10磅（约4.5公斤）的物品。
