Operations Coordinator – Lifting Solutions

About the role

EnerMech is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support its Lifting Solutions business line. The role involves managing offshore and on‑shore pass applications, crew mobilisation, and administrative processes to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor validity of QIDs and MVE visas and manage renewals in partnership with HR.
• Register new clients and vendors on the AVL system and support the Technical Sales Representative with AVL registrations.
• Assist the Operations team with RFQs, quotation preparation, and invoicing.
• Track offshore and RLIC passes, update trackers, and follow up on monthly timesheet submissions.
• Upload certificates and documents to the DAWINCI portal, coordinate chopper bookings, and arrange crew transportation to and from the heliport.
• Generate job numbers, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and manage flight and accommodation bookings.
• Schedule offshore medical appointments and manage OMFC renewals.
• Maintain onboarding and mobility trackers and attend weekly meetings with the mobility AMEC lead.

Required profile

• Degree in Business or Engineering discipline.
• 4‑6 years of experience in a similar role within the O&G industry.
• Experience with offshore pass application systems and managing offshore medical appointments and OMFCs.
• Familiarity with manpower and equipment mobilisations.
• Local hire – Qatar only.
