Operations Director

About the role

Egis Group is seeking an Operations Director to lead strategic planning, governance and delivery of large‑scale projects in Lusail. The role combines operational oversight, business development and financial management to ensure profitable and high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Lead business development activities, identify new opportunities, and manage proposal development, pricing and contract negotiations.
• Oversee consultancy and PMC project delivery, monitoring budgets, timelines and resource allocation.
• Recruit, mentor and manage design and project management teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, optimise operational costs and ensure financial and legal compliance.
• Maintain adherence to design standards, building codes and sustainability practices, implementing quality assurance processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction‑related discipline.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities with experience in operations or mega‑projects in the Middle East.
• Proven client liaison and relationship‑management skills.
• Fluent English communication.
