Operations Manager

About the role

Manforce Trading is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and professionalise its end‑to‑end operations in Qatar. The role combines hands‑on execution with strategic oversight, focusing on workforce mobilisation, camp and welfare management, supplier coordination and digital transformation through Odoo and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations, set KPIs, conduct reviews and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Plan and execute workforce mobilisation and demobilisation, coordinating documentation, transport, PPE and site deployment.
• Oversee camp accommodation, welfare, safety, and transport logistics to maximise efficiency and cost control.
• Build and manage a network of reliable manpower suppliers and operational vendors, monitoring performance and mitigating risks.
• Drive process improvement, develop SOPs, implement Odoo for operations, and identify automation or AI opportunities.
• Monitor operational KPIs, control avoidable costs and provide concise performance reporting to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in manpower supply, workforce services, facilities or construction support.
• Proven track record of leading operational teams, managing mobilisation, logistics and vendor relationships.
• Experience with ERP or operational management systems; Odoo experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of technology, automation, data and AI applications in operations.
• Preferred experience in Qatar or GCC markets.
