Oracle Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to lead functional activities and provide L2/L3 support for procurement, sourcing, inventory and cost management modules. The role will support Es'hailSat’s procurement operations for satellite infrastructure components, services and related supplies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Procurement, Self‑Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Inventory, Cost Management and Asset Lifecycle.
• Analyze and resolve functional issues across Procure‑to‑Pay processes, supplier onboarding and portal functionality.
• Configure procurement business units, approval hierarchies, document styles and supplier master data.
• Support sourcing events, supplier registration and integration between procurement and supplier processes.
• Maintain inventory transactions, cycle counts, adjustments and coordinate with finance consultants for cost accounting issues.
• Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports, perform data loading using FBDI/ADFdi and troubleshoot data‑related issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, VBCS, APEx extensions and Redwood SCM pages.
• Participate in quarterly release activities, regression testing, UAT and defect resolution to ensure stable SCM functionality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion SCM functional consultant with L2/L3 support expertise.
• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end procurement, sourcing and inventory processes.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion modules and support business users.
• Experience working with finance teams on P2P and cost accounting integrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills in a complex, multi‑module environment.
