About the role
The Packaging Machine Operator will run machinery used in various stages of nut processing, ensuring smooth operation, product quality, and safety compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machines for sorting, roasting, packaging, and grinding, adjusting settings such as speed, temperature, and timing.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment.
- Troubleshoot minor malfunctions, report complex issues to the maintenance team, and keep downtime logs.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Follow safety procedures, use PPE, and maintain hygiene standards in the production area.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience as a machine operator in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced production setting.
- Good physical stamina and teamwork communication skills.
