About the role

We are looking for an experienced Partnerships and Retail Media Sales Specialist to join Snoonu’s fast‑growing team in Qatar. You will be responsible for identifying, securing and managing strategic B2B and B2G partnerships that drive user engagement, retention and revenue for our super‑app platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, negotiate and support the Head of Department in managing strategic partnerships with SMEs, multinational corporations, public markets and financial institutions.
  • Prospect and cultivate corporate accounts, tailoring media packages and subscription models to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch partnership‑driven campaigns, co‑branded promotions and seasonal offers.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and collaboration.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings in Qatar to continuously innovate partnership strategies.
  • Track and analyse partnership and retail media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 4–6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, retail media or corporate sales, preferably in tech, food delivery or FMCG.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Established network in both public and private sectors in Qatar.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
