Part‑time Peer Reviewer – Rehabilitation Medicine (PhD)

About the role

We are seeking experienced researchers with a PhD in Rehabilitation Medicine or a related field to join our editorial team as part‑time peer reviewers. This long‑term, stable role is fully remote and allows you to contribute to the scientific community while maintaining flexibility in your schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the novelty and scientific contribution of submitted manuscripts.
• Evaluate study design, methodology, and reproducibility.
• Check the completeness and relevance of the literature review.
• Analyse results, conclusions, and ethical compliance.
• Provide constructive, clear, and concise feedback to authors.
• Recommend acceptance, revision, or rejection to the journal editor.

Required profile

• Doctorate (PhD) or equivalent advanced degree in Rehabilitation Medicine or a closely related discipline.
• At least five peer‑reviewed papers published in SCI/SSCI journals within the past three years.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to confidentiality, objectivity, and ethical standards.
• Prior experience as a peer reviewer is highly desirable.
