About the role
A reputable home‑care healthcare provider in Qatar is urgently seeking Patient Care Assistants to deliver compassionate support to patients in their homes. The role involves assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a safe, dignified environment for each client.
Key responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care.
- Support patient mobility and comfort.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team.
- Maintain patient hygiene and a safe care environment.
- Follow individual care plans and established procedures.
- Uphold patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
Required profile
- Caregiving certificate/diploma or eligible medical diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant caregiving experience.
- Conversational English communication skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient‑focused care.
What we offer
- Salary: QAR 2,300 per month.
- Company‑provided accommodation and transportation.
- 12‑hour shifts, 6 days per week with 1 day off.
