About the role
A reputable home care healthcare company in Qatar is urgently seeking Patient Care Assistants to provide compassionate support to patients in their homes. The role involves assisting with daily activities, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a safe environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care.
- Support patient mobility and comfort.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team.
- Maintain patient hygiene and a safe care environment.
- Follow individual care plans and established procedures.
- Uphold patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
Required profile
- Caregiving certificate/diploma or eligible medical diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant caregiving experience.
- Conversational English communication skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient‑focused care.
What we offer
- Salary: QAR 2,300 per month.
- Company‑provided accommodation.
- Company‑provided transportation.
- 12‑hour shifts, 6 days a week with 1 day off.
