Patient Care Specialist / Medical Receptionist

About the role

The Patient Care Specialist / Medical Receptionist is a full‑time, on‑site role in Doha, supporting clients throughout their wellness journey at SEED.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and register clients, explain services and procedures.
• Coordinate appointments and assist practitioners with non‑clinical aspects of patient care.
• Monitor client comfort and safety, documenting relevant health information.
• Use appropriate medical and wellness terminology when communicating with clients and team members.
• Collaborate closely with wellness practitioners, maintain a clean and organized environment, and ensure each client experience reflects SEED’s holistic approach.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for clear, respectful interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medicine concepts.
• Experience in a clinical, wellness, or healthcare setting, preferably with holistic or integrative care.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Doha with flexible hours and strong organizational skills.
• Empathetic, client‑centered attitude and ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural environment.
