About the role
The People & Culture Coordinator – Engagement & Operations supports the People & Culture department at Raffles & Fairmont Doha by ensuring smooth HR operations and a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day HR operations for the People & Culture department.
- Manage onboarding processes and ensure all employee documentation is complete and up‑to‑date.
- Maintain and update HR systems, supporting data accuracy and accessibility.
- Administer routine HR administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Organise employee engagement initiatives, wellness programmes and recognition activities.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail in handling employee records and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a luxury hospitality environment.
Required skills
- Experience with HR systems.
