People & Culture Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized People & Culture Executive to support the day‑to‑day HR operations of our Waterpark and Theme Park teams at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North. The role combines payroll administration, employee relations, recruitment and onboarding in a fast‑paced, high‑volume hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily People & Culture activities for operational teams, maintaining accurate employee records and preparing HR documentation.
• Administer payroll through the Oasys system, processing attendance, overtime, leave, new joiners, separations and salary adjustments.
• Monitor attendance and leave, ensure timely updates and coordinate with department leaders on irregularities.
• Support recruitment processes, coordinate interviews, offers and pre‑employment paperwork, and lead onboarding for new hires.
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries, assist with disciplinary procedures, investigations and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide HR support to diverse park functions such as F&B, Lifeguards, Guest Relations, Attractions, Security, Engineering and Housekeeping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a waterpark, theme park, large resort or high‑volume hospitality operation.
• Hands‑on experience with the Oasys payroll system is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of payroll inputs, attendance, leave, overtime and employee records.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and strong communication and organizational abilities.
