Permit Coordinator – Oil & Gas

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Permit Coordinator to support an Oil & Gas project. The role focuses on managing all permit‑to‑work processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with client permit systems.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and issue Permit to Work (PTW) documents for all project activities.
• Maintain PTW system certification and ensure practical application on site.
• Verify compliance with confined space entry requirements.
• Manage hot work permit processes and monitor execution.
• Liaise with client permit systems to guarantee alignment with their compliance procedures.
• Provide clear communication and coordination among project teams, contractors, and safety personnel.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• Hands‑on experience in PTW coordination.
• Knowledge of confined space entry and hot work permit requirements.
