Pharmacy Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a visionary and detail‑oriented Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead and optimise our pharmacy services in Doha, Qatar. You will ensure exceptional patient care while driving operational excellence and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with Qatar’s healthcare regulations and international standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance pharmacy services, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
• Lead inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring of medications and supplies.
• Manage budgets and financial performance of the pharmacy department.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred) and a valid pharmacist licence in Qatar.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy operations experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
