About the role

WSQ, a leading British‑curriculum school in Qatar, is seeking a dynamic Physical Education teacher to join its high‑performing PE department from September 2026. The successful candidate will inspire students across primary and secondary levels, fostering an inclusive and energetic learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging PE lessons for primary and secondary students, covering sport, games and fitness.
• Implement evidence‑based teaching methods while encouraging innovative, outside‑the‑box approaches.
• Support the school’s “Teach Like a GEM” pedagogy and uphold high academic standards.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities to develop well‑rounded students.
• Collaborate with colleagues, maintain a positive classroom atmosphere and manage pressure effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Physical Education.
• Relevant teaching degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Willingness to teach across primary and secondary age ranges.
• Knowledge of BTEC Sport and GCSE PE is preferred.
