About the role

Phi MED is looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join its Lusail clinic on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will play a key part in delivering high‑quality rehabilitation services to post‑operative and outpatient patients.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients' medical conditions and functional abilities.
• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation and therapy plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including home‑care services when required.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of therapy practices and patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong clinical knowledge in medicine and physical therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist with valid certifications.
• Commitment to a patient‑first approach.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Prior experience in post‑operative or outpatient care is advantageous.
