Planning, Quality & Innovation Specialist (Arabic Speaker) – Prosci Certified

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Planning, Quality & Innovation Specialist who is fluent in Arabic and preferably Prosci certified. The role supports strategic planning, quality management, and innovation initiatives within a government or large‑enterprise setting, driving operational excellence and organizational transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of strategic and operational plans, monitor KPIs and prepare executive dashboards.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance frameworks, conduct internal assessments, and develop SOPs and governance documentation.
• Facilitate innovation programs, idea‑management workshops, and change‑management activities, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and analytical studies for senior management.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, track project progress, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Public Administration, Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience in planning, quality management, innovation or organizational excellence, preferably in government or large‑enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, KPI management and process improvement initiatives.
• Prosci Change Management Certification preferred; additional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, EFQM, ISO 9001 are advantageous.
