Plant Technician – Operations & Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plant Technician to join our operations team, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient production in a high‑performance environment. The role involves monitoring plant equipment, supporting maintenance activities, and adhering to strict health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and operate plant equipment to maintain safe and efficient production.
• Conduct routine inspections, record operating parameters, and report equipment abnormalities or safety hazards.
• Support maintenance tasks, including equipment isolation/de‑isolation, troubleshooting, and first‑line maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) procedures and asset integrity requirements.
• Participate in emergency response activities as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process Operations or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in plant operations and maintenance within oil & gas, LNG, petrochemical or other process industries.
• HSE and Permit‑to‑Work training preferred.
