Pre-commissioning Engineer

About the role

Progeco Group is seeking Pre‑commissioning Engineers for an upcoming pipeline project in Doha. The assignment starts as soon as possible, lasts approximately one year, and is primarily office‑based with occasional site rotations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and supervise key pre‑commissioning deliverables such as cleaning, gauging, hydro‑test, pigging, intelligent inspections, dewatering, drying and preservations.
• Support design, procurement, fabrication and engineering activities within an EPCI framework.
• Conduct technical studies and ensure compliance with discipline standards and specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EPCI projects, covering design, procurement, fabrication, engineering and technical studies.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline standards and specifications.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
