Pre‑Sales Technical Specialist – IT Solutions

About the role

Ideal Solutions is seeking a Pre‑Sales Technical Specialist to support its growing portfolio of IT solutions. The role blends technical expertise with client‑facing communication, helping to shape proposals, demonstrations, and proof‑of‑concepts for prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation and design tailored IT solutions during sales cycles.
• Lead client discovery sessions to capture business and technical requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, presentations, quotations, and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Recommend appropriate IT products and services based on client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business and technical specifications.
• Support client meetings, product demos, and solution presentations.
• Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pre‑sales, business development, or technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, solutions, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Experience in market research, lead generation, and partner engagement is a plus.
