Presentation & Visual Communications Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail‑oriented Presentation & Visual Communications Designer to craft world‑class presentations for executive leadership, business development, investor relations, corporate communications, and strategic projects. The role demands expert mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint combined with strong graphic and motion‑graphics design skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑impact PowerPoint decks for C‑suite executives, clients, investors and stakeholders.
• Translate complex business concepts into clear, engaging, visually compelling slides.
• Create executive‑level presentations, pitch decks, annual reports and corporate profiles while ensuring brand consistency.
• Develop sophisticated PowerPoint animations, interactive elements, and motion‑based transitions using Morph, Zoom, triggers and multimedia integrations.
• Produce custom illustrations, icons, infographics and visual assets aligned with corporate branding.
• Integrate video, audio and other multimedia components, and create short animated explainers when required.
• Source high‑quality images, graphics and design assets from professional libraries and AI‑assisted tools, maintaining copyright compliance.
• Collaborate with executives, marketing and project teams to understand objectives and deliver visual narratives under tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in presentation design, graphic design or motion graphics.
• Proven portfolio showcasing advanced PowerPoint presentations and animations.
• Experience supporting senior executives and corporate leadership teams.
