Printing Machine Operator – Apparel & Uniform Production

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Printing Machine Operator to join our production team in Qatar. The successful candidate will set‑up, run and monitor printing equipment used for apparel, uniforms and other branded materials, ensuring every job meets client specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and load printing materials, inks, screens or plates and substrates according to work orders.
• Set‑up, calibrate and adjust machines for each production run, performing test runs as needed.
• Monitor printing operations, inspect colour accuracy, registration and durability, and make minor adjustments.
• Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety procedures.
• Collaborate with design, production and quality‑control teams to meet deadlines and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in textile, apparel or industrial printing operations.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical specifications and basic design layouts.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management skills and ability to work effectively in a production team.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Qatar and adapt to shift schedules.
• Vocational training or certification in printing technology is an advantage.
