Private Banker

About the role

The incumbent will be primarily responsible for managing relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) customers, acting as a one‑stop solution for private banking, investment and lending services. The role involves developing referrals, acquiring new clients and cross‑selling a wide range of products.

Key responsibilities

• Accomplish lending and deposit volume goals across the Private Banking platform.
• Develop and grow the Private Banking assets under management (AUM) portfolio to maximize bank returns.
• Acquire new clients and cross‑sell a wide variety of private banking products, including credit and investment services.
• Produce and present suitable investment proposals and credit facility proposals to high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Provide regular market and competitor updates while ensuring strict compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Act as the single point of contact for all private banking services, handling customer inquiries, complaints and delivering personalized service.
• Conduct regular visits to HNW customers to strengthen relationships and market group products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure priority processing and resolution of client needs.
