Procurement Officer – Corporate Gifts & Promotional Items

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to manage end‑to‑end sourcing and procurement of corporate gifts, promotional merchandise, customized products, packaging and printing materials. The role works closely with Sales, Projects, Design, Production, Finance and Logistics to meet client requirements on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review procurement requirements, prepare RFQs and obtain multiple supplier quotations.
• Evaluate suppliers on price, quality, lead time, payment terms, MOQ and reliability, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate samples, branding, customization and ensure delivered products match approved specifications.
• Raise and follow up purchase orders, monitor production schedules and manage urgent sourcing requests.
• Maintain an updated supplier database, catalogs and pricing information while ensuring confidentiality.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in corporate gifts, promotional merchandise or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar and UAE supplier markets and international sourcing (China, Turkey, Europe, UAE).
• Excellent negotiation, communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple RFQs under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems.
• Knowledge of customization and branding methods such as printing, engraving, embroidery, laser marking, UV printing, screen printing and packaging.
