Procurement Officer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to lead the sourcing and procurement of spare parts, consumables, tools and maintenance‑related materials for our facility management operations in Doha. The role ensures timely acquisition, cost control and seamless coordination with finance and maintenance teams to keep operations running without interruption.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and procurement of spare parts, consumables, tools and maintenance materials.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in line with approved budgets and operational needs.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms and contracts with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of critical stock items.
• Evaluate vendor performance and maintain an approved supplier database.
• Collaborate with facilities management and finance teams to ensure cost control, invoice processing and procurement reporting.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Experience in facility management, maintenance or technical procurement is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management and inventory control.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with procurement or inventory management systems.
