Procurement Specialist – MEP & Water Projects

About the role

Estithmar Holding is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support MEP, water treatment, and utility projects. The role involves sourcing, negotiating and managing supplies to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, equipment and services in line with project requirements.
• Evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with engineering, project and commercial teams to ensure timely procurement.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries and supplier performance.
• Maintain procurement records and update transactions in the ERP system.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of procurement experience in MEP, water solutions, utilities or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management and contract administration.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and vendor management skills.
