Producer (Visual Content)

About the role

Snoonu is looking for a dynamic Producer to lead the creation of visual content that defines its brand. You will own the end‑to‑end production pipeline, turning ideas into high‑impact photo, video, and social‑first assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full production cycle for photo, video, and social‑first content, from concept to final delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of Videographer/Editor, Photographer, and Content Creator.
• Plan, prioritize, schedule, and allocate resources across all marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Social Media, PR, and Events teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals.
• Direct shoots, develop creative treatments, shot lists, storyboards, and oversee post‑production.
• Maintain alignment with Snoonu’s visual identity, tone of voice, and brand standards.
• Identify new production techniques, AI tools, and content formats to improve efficiency and quality.
• Manage production budgets, equipment, freelancers, and external partners.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in creative production, content production, or production management.
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.
• Proven ability to lead and develop creative teams.
• Excellent understanding of social‑first content and emerging trends.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Lightroom
• Experience with AI‑powered creative tools (e.g., generative video or image platforms)
