Product Delivery & Operations Lead

About the role

Scale’s Global Public Sector team is expanding rapidly and needs a Product Delivery & Operations Lead in Doha to serve as the operational backbone for a strategic region. You will translate vision into execution, streamline product development, and ensure operational excellence across a growing global team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, and Design, driving alignment, clarity, and prioritization.
• Own knowledge management and internal tooling, designing and evolving the central Notion knowledge base, project trackers, and decision logs.
• Build and maintain systems for project tracking, staffing, and performance reporting.
• Partner with Finance and Legal to streamline procurement, budgeting, contract processes, revenue recognition, and spend monitoring.
• Design and operationalize new processes to accelerate product development and data delivery.
• Support technical leadership by preparing materials, anticipating needs, and communicating priorities.
• Lead internal enablement and upskilling initiatives to continuously improve product development capabilities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product, strategy, or business operations roles, preferably in a high‑growth tech company or top‑tier consulting/finance firm.
• Proven ability to design and scale systems that give technical teams clarity and velocity.
• Strong analytical mindset with a first‑principles approach to data and problem solving.
• Familiarity with the Middle East business and regulatory environment is a plus.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
