Product Manager - E-commerce App, Website and Operations

About the role

A fast-delivery electronics and lifestyle store in Qatar is looking for a Product Manager to own its product roadmap and turn business needs into clear specifications. The role covers the mobile app, the website and internal operations tools, and focuses on making new features, tracking and marketing tools increase orders and margin. It is not for Al Waha for Cars.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and sprint priorities for the app, website and internal ops tools.
• Write clear specs and tickets for developers, covering cart recovery, delivery fees, refunds, warehouse tools and catalog updates.
• Set up and fix tracking so marketing can see real purchases by channel, including pixels, conversion APIs, product feeds and GA4 events for app and web.
• Connect marketing tools so campaigns work for both app and web.
• Coordinate with tech, marketing, customer service and ops, flagging blockers early and keeping releases clean.
• Manage release notes, feature flags and basic reporting on installs and key flows.
• Spot missing data and push for fixes, and run customer feedback sessions to learn what people in Qatar want.

Required profile

• 3+ years as a product manager in e-commerce or consumer apps.
• Shipped features for both mobile app and website in the same company.
• Comfortable coordinating across tech, marketing and ops teams.
• Clear writing, able to explain trade-offs without jargon.
• Proven habit of talking to customers and turning their feedback plus data into better products.
• Based in Qatar or ready to work with a Doha team; remote possible if strong.

Required skills

• Writing specs and working with developers.
• Tracking setup: pixels, conversion APIs, product catalogs, GA4 or similar.
