Production Manager – Events & Production

About the role

Paradox is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead event and production operations for its Qatar team. You will be responsible for turning concepts into smoothly executed events, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end event and production operations from planning to on‑site execution.
• Lead production planning, scheduling, logistics, and coordination with clients, suppliers, freelancers, and internal teams.
• Oversee fabrication, installation, AV, staging, and other technical requirements.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project profitability.
• Handle supplier negotiations, operational coordination, and compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Provide problem‑solving support and decision‑making during live events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in events, exhibitions, activations, or production management.
• Strong understanding of production workflows and event operations in Qatar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Leadership and communication skills, with experience working with vendors, contractors, and technical teams.
• Arabic and English communication skills are an advantage; Qatar driving licence preferred.
