Program Manager – Global Enterprise Program

About the role

Sprinklr is seeking a Global Program Manager to lead a strategic enterprise program for a public‑sector client in Doha. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, working on‑site with a dedicated retained team and collaborating with consulting, analytics, and sales delivery experts.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage one strategic enterprise program, controlling scope, change, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate the retained team and partner with consulting, internal, and regional teams to drive delivery.
• Ensure program effectiveness while keeping individual projects on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with client executives and internal stakeholders.
• Gain deep knowledge of Sprinklr platform components to create realistic project plans and solutions.
• Accurately report and forecast project status to all stakeholders.
• Manage program risks, issues, and change requests effectively.
• Set client service expectations, drive measurable outcomes, and ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing strategic enterprise programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site at the client location in Doha.
• Excellent coordination and communication across cross‑functional teams.
