Program Operations Manager – Qatar

About the role

Raytheon is seeking a Program Operations Manager to lead its Qatar portfolio of technical assistance, fielding support, training, and depot services. The position reports to the Qatar Program Associate Director and serves as the primary liaison with the Qatar Emiri Air Defense Forces (QEADF) in Doha.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for QEADF commanders and maintenance officers on all operational and maintenance issues.
• Supervise and mentor Raytheon field engineering personnel, assigning work and ensuring timely resolution of requests.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects to increase program efficiency and share best practices across teams.
• Coordinate sustainment activities and act as the interface between on‑site depot personnel and the OCONUS program management office.
• Maintain strong relationships with the U.S. Office of Military Cooperation, the Security Assistance Management Directorate, and QEADF.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship with an active, transferable DoD Secret security clearance on day 1.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Doha for a long‑term overseas assignment.
• Successful completion of all medical requirements for overseas deployment.
