Project Control Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly competent Project Control Manager to lead planning, cost control, risk management, and reporting for infrastructure and local road projects. The role works closely with the Project Director to ensure strategies meet cost, schedule, and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent, maintaining baselines and recovery plans.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive cost control system, track budgets, and produce variance analysis reports.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, providing early warnings and recommendations.
• Create and enforce standardized project control processes, reporting templates, and audit‑ready documentation.
• Define and monitor KPIs for schedule, cost, productivity, and risk; prepare monthly performance dashboards.
• Consolidate project data into executive reports and prepare materials for internal and client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 20+ years of experience in project control, cost, and planning within infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑project environments and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Valid QID and NOC.
