Project Coordinator – Interior Design Projects

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support multiple interior design projects at Open Limits Design in Doha. The role focuses on coordinating timelines, tracking tasks, and ensuring clear communication across teams to deliver projects on schedule. This position does not involve design or engineering work.

Key responsibilities

• Track the progress of all active interior design projects.
• Monitor project timelines and deadlines.
• Follow up daily with team members on assigned tasks.
• Schedule and conduct regular project briefing meetings.
• Update project trackers and status reports.
• Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate communication between departments.
• Monitor client feedback and ensure comments are addressed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
• Support management in maintaining efficient project workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
