Project Manager – Autonomous Systems

About the role

Snoonu is seeking a Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of its TDG‑funded Autonomous Robotics and Logistics Intelligence Platform. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve technical milestones, validate outcomes, and ensure compliance with grant reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor multiple work packages across AI, robotics hardware, embedded systems, cloud engineering, QA, and operations.
• Maintain the master schedule, track milestones aligned with TRL advancement and pilot readiness.
• Drive cross‑functional integration of perception, control, fleet orchestration, optimization engine, HMI, and cloud‑edge architecture.
• Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage governance activities including weekly reviews, risk assessments, and documentation tracking.
• Coordinate with external partners such as regulators, academic collaborators, and innovation ecosystems.
• Prepare pilot readiness activities, including resource allocation, safety planning, and test execution scheduling.
• Promote continuous improvement through structured workflows and clear communication channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Proven experience managing technical or R&D projects involving software and hardware integration.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex engineering work into actionable plans.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced R&D environments with evolving requirements.
