Project Manager – Data Centre Projects

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex data centre infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery. You will oversee power, cooling, networking and security systems, ensuring projects meet quality, schedule and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget and resources.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including IT, facilities and external vendors.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and foster a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, preferably on data centre projects.
• Prior experience in the UAE or Gulf region is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of Uptime Institute standards and TIA‑942 specifications.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service‑management principles.
