Project Manager – Facility Operations & Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the operation and maintenance of a large-scale facility for our client. The role combines strong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems with proven project and team leadership to ensure contractual obligations, client satisfaction and operational excellence are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of a large facility.
• Lead multidisciplinary maintenance teams to execute preventive, corrective and predictive activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, client KPIs and service level agreements.
• Review technical reports, engineering proposals, maintenance strategies and system performance analyses.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and performance reviews.
• Prepare project reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Guarantee adherence to HSE, quality and statutory regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including significant management roles.
• Proven experience managing large facilities management or maintenance contracts.
• Strong track record of achieving client KPIs and contractual milestones.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving abilities.
